Canton : Vaud

Armoiries de Bougy-Villars

Official blazon

D'or à la bande componée d'argent et de sinople.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted in 1926.

The bend is taken from the arms of the Mestral de Mont family, former owner of the estate of Villars-Dessous. To distinguish the arms from the family arms, the colours have been altered.
