Official blazon

  • (old) In Rot goldene Schwurhand aus schwar­ zem Ärmel mit silbernem Kreuzchen wachsend
  • (2013) In Blau über einem silbernem Wellenbalken eine goldene Sonne.

Origin/meaning

The arms were chosen from four porposals by the villagers. The arms refer to the 'Sonne über den Linth' theme, the wavy bar symbolising the Linth, the sun the bright future of the new municipality.
