Gules, a bend wavy argent charged with two like cotises azure, and over all in th centre a dogwood flower proper / De gueules, à la bande d'argent ondée chargée de deux cotices d'azur samblales, et brochant sur le tout une fleur de cornoiller au naturel.

Origin/meaning

The badge Symbolises the Columbia River which flows through British Columbia. The later indicated by the Provincial Flower the Dogwood.
