Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tipărit prin două fascii undate. Câmp pe fond roșu, presărat cu frunze de stejar din argint, o fascie undată azur, încărcată cu o credință din argint. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on August 27, 2020.
The meaning of the two hands together refers to the name of Izvoare village, and the silver faith refers to the couple whose ownership was the basis for founding the village of Dumbrava Roșie.
The silver mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
