Sinisessä kentässä aaltokareisesta hopeatyviöstä nouseva kultainen koira, jonka varukset ja kau­ lahihna punaiset.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on March 26, 1958.

Tottijärvi means the lake of Tott and, according to legend, is named after the dog Tott (owned by Matti Kurki, a legendary chieftain from the 13th century), which drowned in the lake.
