Doorsnede, 1 van azuur met een goudsbloem van goud gestengeld en gebladerd van groen; 2 van zilver met afgehakte boomstronk van sabel, staande op een grasgrond van groen.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on October 15, 1951.

The arms are those of the last Lord of Wimmertingen in the 18th century, the Barons Stockem. The origin of the sunflower is not known, the lower part is canting, Stok meaning stick in Dutch.
