Parti d'or et de gueules, à l'épée brochant sur la partition, accostée en chef de deux cailloux, le tout de l'un en l'autre.

Origin/meaning

The sword is taken from the arms of the Cathedral Chapter of Metz, to which the village historically belonged. The stones are the symbol of St. Stephen, the local patron saint.
