Origin/meaning
Unfortunately I only have a small black-and-white image. A colour image is welcome !
The wavy bend symbolises the Oste river. The scales are a symbol for justice and the former council that was held in the village. The key is derived from the arms of the Lords of Brobergen, who had some possessions in the area.
