The arms were granted on ??
The green field and the wheat-ear symbolise the agricultural character of the municipality. The four golden stars refer to the 4 municipalities that merged in 1994. The 15 stars in total refer to the 15 villages and hamlets in the municipality. The wavy bar in the upper half symbolises the Lindelbach, which runs through the municipality.
