Escudo de azul, iate de ouro mastreado do mesmo, vestido e cordoado de prata, tudo realçado de negro, vogando sobre uma campanha ondada de prata e verde de cinco tiras; em chefe, duas chaves, uma de ouro e outra de prata, passadas em aspa, com os palhetões para cima e atadas de prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ S. PEDRO – FIGUEIRA DA FOZ “.
