Wappen von Vahldorf/Arms (crest) of Vahldorf
Official blazon
German

In Blau drei goldene Glocken (2:1).

English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on June 11, 2001.

The three bells of the church in Vahldorf are among the oldest in Sachsen-Anhalt, the oldest dating from 1478. The village was plundered 4 times in the 15th century, but still there was enough money to buy three bells for the restoration on the church. The bells were nearly melted down in the Second World War, but were spared and returned to the village.
