NO 125 WING HEADQUARTERS, ROYAL AIR FORCE

History: Formed in June 1943 as No 125 Airfield HQ and renamed shortly after.

The badge symbolises the function of the Wing, that is a Mobile Headquarters for Operational Units. The badge was granted in Septemebr 1944.
