Escudo de vermelho, águia de ouro realçada de negro, entre duas faixetas ondadas de prata, carregada cada uma de uma burela ondada de azul; em chefe, rosa heráldica de prata, botoada e apontada de verde. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ ARDEGÃO – PONTE DE LIMA “.
