NORDWESTMECKLENBURG (NWM)

Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 1, 1996.
The bull's head is derived from the arms of Mecklenburg. The crosier symbolises the diocese, later Principality, of Ratzeburg, as well as the diocese of Schwerin.
