Origin/meaning
The lower part (the three silver roses) refers to the Rémond family coat of arms and to the Château des Cours estate. This family played an important cultural role in the local history.
The upper part symbolizes the Seine river, which has been important during the whole history of the municipality, and contributes to a large part to its attractiveness.
