В золотом поле, выходящая вправо из повышенного, возникающего слева лазоревого облака рука, держащая видимый изнутри овальный лазоревый щит и сопровождаемая внизу четырьмя черными ядрами, соединенными попарно черными цепями накрест. Щит увенчан муниципальной короной установленного образца.
