Official blazon
English Barry wavy of ten white and blue; in chief a mitre all gold the tassels debruised by a crozier and a sword all gold.

Motto: Vinat amor patriae.

Origin/meaning

Cathedral City in West Sussex. From the Arms of the See of Chichester. The Motto which translates as "Love of country conquers" is that of the Pelham Family - Earls of Chichester. The Badge was approved in 1954.
