Escudo de prata, faixeta ondada de azul acompanhada em chefe de um globo crucífero de azul, guarnecido de ouro, entre duas cruzes páteas de negro e, em campanha, de um cacho de uvas de púrpura, folhado de verde. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ VILA GARCIA - AMARANTE “.
