Escut caironat partit: 1r. d'argent; 2n. de gules; ressaltant sobre la partició un pont de 5 ulls de l'un en l'altre. Per timbre una corona de baró.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on February 13, 2001.

The arms show the bridge over the river Fluvià, 156 metres long, with six arches. Built in 1442, it was rebuilt twice: in 1903 and 1936.
