Escudo de vermelho, Agnus Dei, de prata com lábaro do mesmo, carregado de uma cruz firmada de vermelho e haste de ouro; chefe de prata, carregado das cruzes da Ordem dos Templários e da Ordem de Cristo. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda de negro, em maiúsculas : “ S. JOÃO BAPTISTA – TOMAR “.

The arms were officially granted on January 17, 1994.
