CORBERA DE LLOBREGAT
Region : Catalonia
Province : Barcelona
Official blazon
Escut caironat: d'or, un corb de sable. Per timbre una corona de baró.
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on October 13, 1988.
Corbera de Llobregat was the center of a medieval barony (this explains the baron crown at the top), and the arms show the raven of the barons of Corbera (canting arms: derived directly from "corb" in Catalan, raven, and subsequently from Latin "corvus")
