Official blason

I rött fält ett andreaskors av guld, belagt med två korslagda gröna byåldermansstavar med handtagen uppåt.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on May 26, 1954.

The arms show a saltire taken from the old seal of the Bälinge parish, known from 1568. The two mace refer to the long tradition of local government.
