2ND KING EDWARD VII'S OWN GURKHA RIFLES (THE SIRMOOR RIFLES), BRITISH ARMY

History: Raised in 1815 as the Sirmoor Battalion, become in 1861 the 2nd Goorkha Regiment. Brought on to British Establishment in 1948.
