435TH CONSTRUCTION AND TRAINING SQUADRON, US AIR FORCE

History: Designated as 7002 Civil Engineering Flight, and activated, on 1 May 1971. Redesignated as: 7002 Civil Engineering Squadron on 1 October 1985; 702 Civil Engineering Squadron on 15 June 1993; 702 Civil Engineer Squadron on 1 May 1994; 617 Civil Engineer Squadron on 1 July 1994; United States Air Forces in Europe Construction and Training Squadron on 1 December 1997; 435 Construction and Training Squadron on 29 January 2004. Inactivated on 18 April 2005. Activated on 16 July 2009.
