Escudo de azul, aspa de coticas ondeadas de prata, acompanhada em chefe de um crescente de prata encimado por uma estrela de ouro, no flanco dextro de uma armação de moinho de ouro, vestida de prata e realçada de negro e, no flanco sinistro, de duas espadas passadas em aspa, de prata com punhos de ouro, a primeira fendida. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ ALGUEIRÃO – MEM MARTINS “.
