Escudo de prata, ponte de três arcos de negro, movente dos flancos e de um monte de dois cômoros de verde; em chefe, cruz da Ordem do Templo e cruz da Ordem de Cristo, alinhadas em faixa. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: «AVELOSO - MEDA».
