Escudo de azul, ponte de betão de três arcos, de prata, gradeada do mesmo e realçada de negro, firmada nos flancos e movente de campanha ondada de prata e azul de cinco tiras; em chefe, barco de prata realçado de negro, entre duas espigas de milho de ouro, folhadas do mesmo. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ BARCO - COVILHÃ “.
