Escudo de prata, dois sobreiros de verde, alinhados em faixa, arrancados do mesmo, landados de ouro e descortiçados de vermelho, em chefe, flor-de-lis de azul e, em contra-chefe, ponte romana de três arcos, de negro, lavrada de prata, movente dos flancos e nascente de um pé de ondado de azul e prata de três tiras. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ CANHESTROS “.
