Unfortunately I have no background information on these arms. Any information is welcome !
The bridge in the arms is the local bridge, which probably is of Roman origin. The wavy base symbolises the Lizandro river in the municipality.<br>
The bunch of grapes symbolises the importance of viticulture for the municipality. The fleur-de-lis is the symbol of St. Mary, the local patron saint.

Origin/meaning :
The arms were officially granted on January 26, 1998.

The bridge in the arms is the local bridge, which probably is of Roman origin. The wavy base symbolises the Lizandro river in the municipality.
