Escudo de púrpura, medalhão dentelado de ouro, com a imagem de Nossa Senhora de Febres, vestida de túnica de cor rosa e manto de azul, com o Menino, ambos coroados; o medalhão acompanhado em chefe de uma flor-de-lis de ouro e acantonado de quatro besantes de prata cada um com duas faixetas ondadas de azul. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro: “ VILA DE FEBRES “.
