Blur; two croziers in saltire gold surmonted by a fountain charge with a sanderling proper (Calidris Alba).

Origin/meaning

A fast running Sandpiper. The Croziers represent Paisley Abbey and the fountain the nearby River Cart. The badge was approved in 1944.
