White and eagle rising in his talons blue a cradle with baby proper swaddled white and arond his neck a chain gold suspended therefrom a torteau charged with the Arms of the Isle of Man gold.

Origin/meaning

From the Arms of Stanleys ad Lord of Man. The badge was approved in 1943.
