ISCHGL

State : Tirol
District : Landeck

Wappen von Ischgl

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on January 21, 1975.

Ischl was for many centuries the seat of a court. This is symbolised by a judge on a throne. The judge is here shown as the local patron saint, St. Nicholas, holding three balls.
