Wappen von Kaldenkirchen/Arms (crest) of Kaldenkirchen
Official blazon
German blazon wanted
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted in 1903.

The anchor is the symbol of St. Clement, patron saint of the town. He was killed by drowning him with an anchor around his neck.

The banner is taken from the 15th century seal of the Bracht and Kaldenkirchen court.
