Escudo de ouro, uma torre de campanário de azul, lavrada a prata, com relógio do mesmo e sino de vermelho, entre dois cachos de uvas púrpura, folhados de verde; em chefe, cruz da Ordem de Cristo. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com legenda a negro: «Freguesia de Meda».
