Official blazon
Escudo de verde, com uma torre de prata acompanhada em chefe por duas cabeças, uma de carnação branca coroada de ouro e outra de carnação negra com turbante de prata. A torre assente sobre rochedos de negro, banhados por um mar de prata, aguada de verde, com um peixe de prata nadante. Coroa mural de prata de cinco torres. Listel branco com a legenda de negro : " CIDADE DE PORTIMÃO ".
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on March 21, 1941.
