Escudo de verde, uma barra ondeada de prata e azul de três peças, acompanhada à dextra de um castelo de ouro, lavrado e aberto de negro, assaltado por um leão de prata, armado e lampassado de vermelho, empunhando numa das garras o estandarte da Ordem de Cristo e à sinistra de três cabaças de ouro, atadas de negro a um bordão de pastor de sua cor. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel amarelo, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro: «RIBEIRINHA».
