Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on December 14, 2000.

The galley is a canting symbol for the village. The two instruments are used by the local stonemasons, as the manufacturung of stones is still of great local importance.

The base symbolises the eight villages on the Cesareda plateau, which form the parish.
