Escudo de ouro, com edícula em forma de pórtico cerrado, rematada por frontão triangular, ladeado por duas urnas e rematado por cruz latina, tudo de azul, realçado de prata; em chefe, dois ramos de azinheira de verde, landados do mesmo, passados em aspa; campanha diminuta de três burelas ondadas de azul e prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ ODEMIRA - SANTA MARIA “.
