Escudo de azul, pelourinho de prata entre uma cruz potentea de ouro, vazia do campo e uma espiga de milho de ouro, folhada do mesmo; em chefe, duas chaves passadas em aspa, a primeira de ouro e a segunda de prata. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro em maiúsculas : “ TEIXEIRA - BAIÃO “.

The arms were officially granted on October 6, 1997.
