Escudo de verde, dois carvalhos arrancados de prata, landados de vermelho e alinhados em faixa, entre Agnus Dei de prata, nimbado de ouro e sustendo haste crucífero do mesmo, com lábaro de prata, carregado de cruz firmada de vermelho, em chefe e um monte de ouro movente da ponta. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ VILAR DO MONTE – PONTE DE LIMA “.
