Arms: Or, a lion rampant gules within a bordure sable charged with four roses of the second, barbed and seeded proper, and as many thistles slipped also proper alternately.
Crest: Within a chaplet of eight roses gules, barbed and seeded proper, and as many thistles slipped also proper alternately linked gold, a lion rampant also gules.
Supporters: On either side a unicorn argent, each collared Or, pendent therefrom an escutcheon, that on the dexter charged with the arms of the City of London and that on the sinister with the arms of the City of Aberdeen.

The arms were officially granted on September 5, 1929.
