En campo de plata, dos lobos de sable, cebados en cordero, andantes y puesto en palo a la diestra. Por soporte un león, con un áncora de sable de cuyos cepos penden dos ramas de roble de sinople, engalanadas de oro. Por leyenda la inscripción "Concejo de Santurtzi” puesta en letras de oro sobre volantes de gules.
