Escudo de prata, uma palma de verde e uma grelha de vermelho, passadas em aspa; em ponta, um cacho de uvas de púrpura, folhado de verde. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda de negro, em maiúsculas : “ MIRAGAIA - LOURINHÃ “.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on October 22, 1999.
The palm leaf and the grill are the symbols of St. Lawrence, the local patron saint. The grapes symbolise the importance of viticulture in the parish.
