Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ VILA ALVA “.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on August 5, 2000.

The arms show the typical agricultural products of the village and its surroundings; wheat, grapes and an oak tree used for the production of cork.
