Escudo de vermelho, com pano de muralha movente da ponta e dos flancos, rematado por aqueduto movente dos flancos, tudo de prata, lavrado de negro; em chefe, coroa mariana de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ SERPA - SANTA MARIA “.
