Escudo de ouro, balança de vermelho, realçada de negro e sustida por uma espada de lâmina flamejante de vermelho; em chefe, dois cachos de uvas de púrpura, folhados de verde e, em ponta, uma espiga de milho de ouro, folhada de verde. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ VARZIELA - FELGUEIRAS “.
