| These series were published around 1910 and showed the arms of the German States at the time. These were all based on the recently published ''Schubert's Album deutscher Staaten- und Städtewappen''. The cards known to me, however, only show the State arms, not the city arms from the album. The cards thus probably were issued by the same publisher in Coburg.

| If all State arms from the album would have been issued, there should be 27 cards. The album also contains 315 city arms. The reprint below, probably dating from the 1920s or 1930s, states that there are 900 'important' city arms in the album. However, only 315 have been published as far as I know, either as album or as loose stamps.
