PRAIA DA VITORIA
District : Açores
Portuguese | Escudo de ouro, com um leão rampante de vermelho, acompanhado por duas palmas de verde. Em chefe um açor de sua cor voando, tendo nas garras uma quina de Portugal. Coroa mural de prata de cinco torres. Listel branco com os dizeres : " MUITO NOTÁVEL CIDADE DA PRAIA DA VITÓRIA ", em letras de negro.
Origin/meaningThe arms were officially granted on June 20, 1981. Unfortunately I have no background information on these arms. Any information is welcome ! The previous arms were granted on August 11, 1939 and only differ in the crown. Freguesias in Praia da Vitoria :
