Official blazon
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The tower symbolises the tower of Saint-Étienne, which has been built on the foundations of some older towers, dating from Roman times. The base symbolises the Roches de Beaume hills.

The comets are a canting symbol for the Comeau family, Lords of Créancy in the 17th and 18th centuries.

The municipality uses the arms with a mural crown and surrounded by wheatears, symbolising the agricultural character of the municipality.
